    Grating Clip model BCGC-516 is a galvanized carbon steel grating fastener used to fasten steel bar grating to structural shapes where the structural flange is in a horizontal plane. For appropriate use, the maximum measure from the top of the grating to the bottom of the flange is 2.5 inches. It can be used on 22-spaced grating and 30-spaced grating. It will work on 19-spaced grating, but note that the grating bars will spread during tightening. Model BCGC-516 consists of four parts, which are packed as 20 assembled units to a standard box. The principal part is the bottom portion of the assembly. This is a stamped and formed shape to contact the structure in the front and the grating in the rear.     Fits 19 Space Gratings

    Fastens grating to a horizontal-facing steel structural member edge.

    The model GG- describes an assembly of fastener parts identical but for materials of construction, that each contain three common parts.

    • First is a G-Clips unique top for better holding strength and to suit 19W4 grating.
    • Second, a G-Clips patented bottom connects to the beam underside. A hex-headed cap screw connects the two, and its length suits the grating height being installed.

    Grating Clip model GSLF-38 is a galvanized steel grating fastener used to fasten standard steel bar grating to structural shapes where the structural flange is in a horizontal plane. For appropriate use, the maximum measure from the top of the grating to the bottom of the beam flange should be 2” or less. It is designed to be used on 19-spaced grating with bearing bars from 1/8” to 1/4" wide. Model GSLF-38consists of 3 parts, which are packed as 20 assembled units to a standard box. The principal part is the bottom portion of the assembly. This is a steel casting with the defining feature being the “stair-step” on the back end. The second part is the curved top plate, which fits flat over the grating upper surface. This part is commonly called a “saddle clip.” The body and top are joined by the third part, a 3/8”diameter threaded socket-head bolt. This bolt is fully threaded over a 2-1/4” length. Our nickname for this part is “Cast Close-Grip.” G-Clip model RSCGC fastener consists of three parts, which are assembled at our factory in Louisiana, then packed 50 units to a box. The principal part is the grip-jaw portion of the assembly. This grip-jaw is cast stainless steel, with toothed-shaped segments facing upward. The second part is the stamped top, which fits flat over the grating upper surface. The round shape allows it to be used on almost any bearing bar configuration.
